Description
Enjoy this champagne flavored white balsamic with seafood, salads and roasted vegetables. It has a slightly tart flavor with a champagne twist.
USE IN:
- Create a vinaigrette with our Blood Orange EVOO for a delicious salad dressing. Add a little Dijon mustard or horseradish to add some depth of flavor.
- Marinade shrimp or scallops, and then add a little over the top once cooked.
- Grill fresh apricots, top with seasoned ricotta and drizzle Champagne White Balsamic over the top.
- This is great with fruity desserts or a fresh fruit snack.
- Complements grilled chicken or pork dishes.

- Lavender or Hibiscus EVOO
- For a kick of spice, pair with Citrus Habanero EVOO
