Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar {DBV}

Our 12-year Oak Keg aged balsamic contains only natural ingredients and does not contain any thickening agent such as caramel, sugars or other enhancements. Over the years it graduates to smaller and smaller kegs made of chestnut, cherry wood, ash, mulberry and juniper. These woods add character and flavor to the vinegars. Direct from Modena, we offer a full bodied, syrupy balsamic. The white and sugary Trebbiano grapes grow in the northern region of Italy near Modena, which forms the base of the only true balsamic vinegars.
