Description
Black garlic is a tremendously rich and decadent flavor. Sweet and caramel-like in nature, this balsamic is lighter in garlic flavor but heavy with umami goodness. This would be a great steak marinade or as a rich topping for crostini. It would be a delicious sauce for chicken-fried steak. Try pairing with our Smoked EVOO.
